Heads Up 805: Conflicting Reports on Detention Centers

There's been some chatter going around Ventura County about certain detention centers. Folks are finding it a bit odd that they're getting high marks for health and safety, while at the same time, some people are saying deaths have been climbing. Kinda makes you wonder, doesn't it?
