Whew, this high-speed rail talk made its rounds quickly! Folks are definitely scratching their heads about California's high-speed rail project. Seems like people are comparing it to Morocco, which apparently got its 200-mile line built, viaducts and all. California claiming it doesn't have the cash? What do you all make of that contrast?
