Talk around Ventura about last week's arrest

There's been talk around town, especially near Main Street in Ventura, about an incident on June 26. A few locals mentioned a 19-year-old was arrested on suspicion of robbing someone, allegedly carrying a hatchet. Wild stuff if it all played out that way.
