Ventura Fairgrounds: New Plans Brewing?

Hey Ventura! Heard some interesting buzz around the Fairgrounds. Seems an Orange County company is looking to build out parking and even AI data units at fairgrounds across the state, and ours is on the list. Big changes ahead, maybe? Curious what everyone thinks.
