HGTV's 'Best Suburbs' list dropped, and... not us!

Cruising down Channel Islands Blvd today, I heard some buzz about HGTV’s new 'best suburbs in the U.S.' list. Turns out two spots way up in Northern California got the nod. Makes you think a little, huh? Wonder what it takes to get Ventura County on there next time!
