Talk about strange goings-on in Camarillo

Heard a few whispers in Camarillo about folks being followed from banks and then their cars getting messed with. Some people are saying a couple of guys, not from around here, were picked up in connection with something like that recently. Just a heads-up to stay vigilant when you're out and about, especially after a bank run.
