Ventura Housing & TO Arts Plaza Buzz

Anyone else catching the chatter about that 33-unit housing project in Ventura? Some people are saying the costs are a bit much. And then, there's been talk about Thousand Oaks needing to slow down with the Civic Arts Plaza redesign. What do you all think?
