Daylight Saving Time: Is It Really Over?

So, there's been some chatter about the Sunshine Protection Act lately. Seems like if it actually passes the senate, California could finally stop changing our clocks twice a year.I'm not entirely sold it'll happen, but imagine no more "spring forward" confusion! What are your thoughts on getting rid of daylight saving for good?
