Heavy Chatter Near Oxnard Mall

Heard some heavy chatter about an incident over in Oxnard. There's talk a man was hit by a truck near the mall driveway on West Channel Islands Boulevard late last month, and apparently, he later passed away at the hospital. Just awful if true.
