This one's definitely getting some attention in the 805. Looks like The Colony Estate, that grand spot just outside Camarillo, is on the chopping block. Apparently, it's being sold by a court-appointed receiver to help settle some owner's debt to the federal government. Quite a development for such a local landmark!
