Quick heads up about truck bed rides!

Saw something pop up on my feed that has a good safety reminder for everyone in the 805. You know how some folks ride in the back of pickup trucks? Well, California has pretty specific regulations about that, especially for kids. Just a friendly heads-up to stay safe and know the rules before you roll out. Anyone got any stories about this?
